In 2018, Axens acquired 100% of the shares of Heurtey Petrochem a world leader in the design and manufacturing of process furnaces for the refining, petrochemicals, hydrogen and syngas markets. This acquisition also included Prosernat an Heurtey Petrochem fully owned subsidiary. From 2019, the furnace activities and services operate under the Heurtey Petrochem Solutions brand.
